Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• change of mind
• accidental purchases
• dissatisfaction based on personal preference
• opened, used, or damaged products caused after delivery
• orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or defective during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:
• your full name
• your order number
• clear photos of the shipping packaging
• clear photos showing the damage to the product
Without sufficient proof of damage, we reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund requests.
If the claim is approved, we may at our sole discretion:
• send a replacement product
or
• issue a partial or full refund
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate solution based on the situation.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to:
• incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• failed delivery attempts
• unclaimed packages
• theft after delivery confirmation by the carrier
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery delays or logistical issues lies with the carrier.
However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• customs clearance
• postal services
• international shipping disruptions
• weather conditions
• strikes
• force majeure events
• carrier related issues outside our control
Shipping costs are non refundable once the order has been dispatched.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, refuses to pay customs fees, or fails to collect the package from the carrier, we reserve the right to:
• deduct all shipping costs
• deduct return shipping costs
• deduct customs or administrative fees
from any potential refund.
If the returned package arrives damaged or cannot be resold, no refund will be issued.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products, downloadable products, ebooks, guides, or digital content are non refundable once purchased or accessed.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or cancellations in cases of:
• suspected fraud
• abusive behavior
• repeated refund requests
• suspicious activity
• policy abuse
We also reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion before shipment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luciano Cimmarrusti shall not be held liable for:

• delays outside our control
• loss of profits or opportunity
• misuse of products
• allergic reactions or sensitivities
• dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the order.
