General Terms and Conditions for VIP Access at the Salon

Introduction

These general terms and conditions govern VIP Access at Luciano Cimmarrusti’s salon. By purchasing this exclusive access, customers agree to the conditions described herein as well as the salon’s general policies.

VIP Access

• Exclusivity: VIP Access is limited to one customer at a time, ensuring a personalized and prioritized service.
• Guaranteed Appointments: Appointments are guaranteed within a four-week period from the date of purchase and are scheduled based on availability.
• One-Time Use: VIP Access is valid for a single appointment. Rescheduling or cancellations are not possible once the appointment is confirmed.
• Price: VIP Access costs CHF 500.- and is not included in the price of hair services. The fee is charged separately.
• No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment and may be temporarily or permanently excluded from future bookings.

Privacy Policy

• Confidentiality: Personal data is collected solely for appointment management and communication, including confirmations, updates, and relevant salon notifications.

General Provisions
