Terms and Conditions for Salon Access Options: Standard, Priority, and VIP Access

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the various access options at Luciano Cimmarrusti’s Salon — Standard, Priority, and VIP Access. By choosing any of these access options, customers agree to abide by the conditions described here as well as our general salon policies.

2. Standard Access (Free)

   • Description: Standard Access is available free of charge and places customers on a general waiting list. This access does not guarantee an appointment, as availability depends on cancellations and scheduling openings.
   • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Requires a notification at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being placed at the end of the waiting list.

3. Priority Access

   • Note: The fee for Priority Access is not included in the price of hair service and is charged separately.
   • Increased Availability: Priority Access is offered to a limited number of customers, significantly reducing waiting times.
   • Activation and Usage: Activates immediately upon purchase and is valid for a specific upcoming appointment, with the option to book up to 3 months in advance.
   • Flexibility in Rescheduling: Penalty-free rescheduling is possible if done at least 24 hours before the appointment.
   • Restrictions: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Expires if not used within the activation period.
   • No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notifying at least 24 hours in advance will lose their Priority Access without a refund. Customers who fail to show up without excuse must bear the full costs of the appointment and may be temporarily or permanently excluded from future bookings.

4. VIP Access

   • Note: The fee for VIP Access is not included in the price of hair service and is charged separately.
   • Ultimate Exclusivity: Limited to one customer at a time to ensure personalized and focused service.
   • Guaranteed Appointments: Appointment bookings are guaranteed within a four-week window from the date of purchase, subject to availability.
   • Single Use: Valid for one appointment. Changes or cancellations are not possible after confirmation.
   • No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear for their appointment without prior notice will bear the full costs of the appointment and may be temporarily or permanently excluded from future bookings.

5. Privacy

   • Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for appointment management and communication with you regarding updates, appointment confirmations, promotional materials, and other relevant salon communications.

6. General Provisions

   • Changes to Terms: Luciano Cimmarrusti reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Customers will be informed about any significant changes that may affect existing agreements.
   • Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes will be settled in the local jurisdiction.

7. Consent to Terms By selecting Standard, Priority, or VIP Access, customers confirm that they have understood these terms and agree to them. Customers are encouraged to review the terms thoroughly to ensure clarity and satisfaction with these provisions.
